About Thread
One clue can mean several things. Thread asks you to find the connection in both directions.
Encode uses the shared MyCLI AI service to interpret each row independently, currently through OpenRouter. It sees your clue and all choices, never which words are highlighted. Unclear associations resolve to no match. The server compares the interpretation with the targets.
Published puzzles and challenge boards never change. Interpretations are cached under a pinned judging policy. Different clues may be valid; the referee is not infallible.
Guest progress is saved on the platform and accessed through this browser's private session. Clearing browser data removes access to that guest session. Signed-in progress is tied to your MyCLI account. Switching identities does not combine their attempts. Clues are sent to the judging provider and retained in game history; do not include personal information.
